 What to bring?

  Here are a few suggested items to bring while staying at our retreat center.

• A smile or two

• Beach towels if going to the beach for a swim

• Flashlights

• Ear plugs (if needed)

• bug repellent

• indoor Slippers (no outer footwear in the center, we will provide slippers if needed)

• Water bottles

• Travel mug

• Toiletries

• Bring your kayaks, canoes, or bicycles

 

Where are you located?

 

 We are in Dunville, Ontario. 90 minutes from Toronto,  40 minutes from Niagara falls and Hamilton.

 Google and Bing maps does not locate properly if you enter the address. Instead of putting in the address, use “Bliss  Haven” or latitude, longitude as 42.873397, -79.552313.

What are the meal times?

​

 Meal times are flexible depending on the group's requests.

Are you open all year round?

​

 Yes, Bliss Haven is open all year round.

​

Can I bring pets?

​

 Bliss haven is a pet free facility but we have made exceptions in the past by allocating designated areas.

​

Is smoking allowed?

 Indoors are smoke free but smoking is allowed outside in designated areas only.

​

Do you accommodate special meal requests?

 We accommodate special meal requests at a very small additional charge.

​

Do you give gift certificates?

 Yes . Please choose from our packages.

Is Wi-fi available?

 Yes, Wi-fi is available.

​

How far are the nearest amenities like hospitals, grocery stores etc?

 Nearest amenities are around five minutes drive.

Is transportation available?

 Bliss Haven arranges from stretched Limos, and luxury coaches for both small and large groups at very very  reasonable rates. Pick up and drop offs from nearby airports including Buffalo, Niagara, Hamilton, and Pearson.

What are the methods of payment?

 You can pay online through Paypal or by credit card. (There is a 3% additional Merchant charge).

 You can also pay by cheque , email money transfer, and e transfer.

​

Do you have audio visual equipment?

 Yes, we have different sized screens and  audiovisual equipment including overhead projector. There is a charge of  $25 per day for overhead projector or you can bring your own.

​

What is your deposit policy?

 For  group bookings we need a deposit of $1000 at the time of booking.

• Personal Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Tai Chi and Art Instructors

 Kayaking, Canoeing , golfing and horse- back riding etc can be arranged for at an additional cost.
