Meals

Bliss Haven Retreat is known for its hospitality and delicious food.  We have multiple chefs with 28 years of experience who prepare fresh meals onsite for groups attending Bliss Haven including catering for large events like weddings.  We also cater specialized cuisines or a mix and match of Continental, Canadian, Greek, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Asian fusion, Indian, Middle Eastern, Thai, Mexican.

We cater to the needs of both individuals and groups based on their requirements like vegan, organic, vegetarian, juicing, raw food, gluten free, dairy free, and people with various food intolerances.  Meal menus are especially prepared to cater to the taste buds and needs of different ages like for kids, youth, the elderly.  Meals are served buffet style. 

Whenever we can, we use produce grown locally at nearby organic farms or freshly picked at Bliss Haven organic gardens and use farm fresh organic eggs.

A variety of breads made fresh with different grains add to the food experience.

Hundreds of people have requested for our recipe book (which is still in the making) and participated in our cooking classes to be able to prepare meals they thoroughly enjoyed.  In addition, due to a high demand by visitors of Bliss Haven, we provide workshops on preparation of foods as medicine for various health issues and on the goodness of international spices which can be incorporated in the kitchen in everyday cooking.

Regular Menu

Breakfast
Pan cakes with maple syrup/scrambled eggs/boiled eggs/ Bliss Haven special porridge (made in milk) with cinnamon and nuts and seeds that can be added.
